This Hawaiian dish has caused quite a stir in North America and Europe in recent times. Though not quite as well known in this part of the world it can easily be made at home.
珍珠米1杯 - 1cup of short grain rice
米醋1/3杯 - 1/3 cup of rice vinegar
鹽1茶匙 - 1tsp of salt
砂糖1湯匙 - 1tbsp of sugar
洋蔥半個 - half an onion
吞拿魚(鮪魚)200克 - 200g of sashimi grade tuna
三文魚(鮭魚)200克 - 200g of sashimi grade salmon
日式醬油2湯匙 - 2tbsp of Japanese soy sauce
麻油1茶匙 - 1tsp of sesame oil
糖半茶匙 - half tsp of sugar
黑芝麻1茶匙 - 1tsp of black sesame
日式沙律醬3湯匙 - 3tbsp of Japanese mayonnaise
是拉差辣椒醬1湯匙 - 1tbsp of Siracha chili sauce
蟹籽1茶匙 - 1tsp of crab roe
牛油果(鳄梨)- Avocado (optional)
蔥碎 - Chopped green onions (optional)
