馬鈴薯2個 - 2 Potatoes
雞搥或雞上髀9件 - 9 pieces of chicken thighs or drumsticks
蒜5個 - 5 cloves of garlic
夏威夷果仁（堅果）5個 - 5 Macadamia Nuts
南薑約3吋厚 - 100 g of galangal
薑約1吋厚 - 30 g of ginger
紅蔥頭3個 - 3 shallots
辣椒乾8條 - 8 dried red chilis
丁香1茶匙 - 1tsp of cloves
香茅2條 - 2 stalks of lemongrass
咖喱葉1湯匙 - 1tbsp of curry leaves
肉桂1條 - 1 cinnamon stick
椰奶400毫升 - 400ml of coconut milk
水400毫升 - 400ml of water
黃薑粉1茶匙 - 1tsp of turmeric powder
孜然粉半茶匙 - half a tsp of ground cumin
鹽 - salt to taste
