They're good, have a lot of aftermarket parts, and a lot of shooters like them. However, I don't find them too appealing. In my opinion, I like the Savage better than Remington. With the Howa that I have, there isn't hardly any aftermarket parts but it doesn't matter because it's good enough as-is. With the Remington, one of the reason why there are so many aftermarket parts available, besides the fact that many people own them, is that the factory rifles just aren't good enough for the shooters especially in trigger mechanism area.

Don't know much about the SIG P226 MK25, however, if it's made in the USA, then don't buy it. I have 2 SIG Pro 2022, one made in Germany and the other in the USA, and let me tell you, there is a difference between the two in terms of built quality.

I remember read from SIG forum many times there were US users complaining about built quality of recent SIG pistols made from NH are not as good as the former one which were made in Germany.
But all the current P226 has got Nitron finished slide and night sight, these are quite attractive feature to me.
