其實我好欣賞佢咁用心架 .... 可惜今日星 ...

Thank you ar c-hing, yes my family lives in hk.

This was a big issue to me back 2/3 yrs ago...when I was thinking whether to work in UK or in HK after grad.

At that time, I have already saved up NEARLY a deposit to buy a place in HK ( again I have worked for nearly 8 yrs), but.....the price of property only goes up everyday....so my deposit for the SAME property becomes from 30% to a 20%. now is a 15%....well even 13%...=-=

And the reason I am 關心 is...buying a property is the biggest ( well to me) investment to my life so if u get it wrong, u will have to pay until u retired =-= or you may not be able to pay up repayment...so better to know more then less!

我自己覺得 .... 如果買樓自住 ... 就 5 應該當成 investment .... 我成日刀講 ... 買得起供得掂 ... 就  ...

Sorry C-hing, I have used the 'wrong word' yes, is not an investment if I am going to live inside (I agree)-what I meant was it is a long term liabilities ( as you have to repay it for a long time).

Unless you are going to sell it and move to another country, it doesn't matter if your house is going up or down....as if it goes up, so as everywhere in HK...

其實我係咁睇 ... 如果買得起咪買囉 ... 除非你同屋企人住 ... 5 係刀要用錢租樓架嘛 ... 搵錢交租又算 5 ...

借loan係負債, 交租係消費,

所以搵錢交租= 5 算 "  long term liabilities "
