I beg to differ sir, beef from Australia has lots of grading if you spend decent amount of money you can have good beef with very rich taste. What you get at the super market and normal restaurant are not good grade of meat. This is true for HK and AU. My brothers friend owns a meat wholesaler....and that's what we have been told. |
