We'll depends on what type of package you are after. You want a full on 5 star tour guided package you have to look at close to 10k.

There are working holiday but you have to be at a certain age, before 31 and over 18 (more info can be found here   http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/417.aspx)  and working holiday is harder than you think.
Getting farm hand job or working at the saluter house is hardworking. Or working at the bar or restaurant the pays are low. You can try to get an office job but you need qualification and experience. So it's not as easy as the commercial makes it out to be.

Not here to discourage you but be prepare to work hard and you can have a fantastic time. Meet people from all over the world and enjoy Australian hospitality.

呢樣從我角度來看, 住宿應該唔會包,要同當地單位安排.

If you work at the farm they will have food and accommodation available , but I don't believe they are free. It is deducted from your pay. However it's not very expensive. Another thing it is better to work legitimately as you will be covered if you get injured and have super to collect when you leave Australia.

Check out www.backpackers.com.tw full of Taiwanese and HK backers working around the world. They can help you better than I can. But me and Steven understand Australia better.

We'll lots of ppl here goes to uni and work part time. If you have student visa you can only legally work 20 hours a week. And you can look at 15-20 dollars an hour of pay. Not enough to pay for everything but can cover your spending money.

I don't think so,  when you work at a farm you can work for as long as you like and I believe they are seasonal as the particular fruit or vege is not available all year round. You are free to move about unless it states in your contract you have to work for x amount if time, however I believe that is illegal to set that in the contract. Australia is big and it is not that easily to move from A to B when you are out in the country. Unless you have your own car.

Is this answering your question? Sorry I don't really understand question. I am not from HK so I might have got the question wrong

That is not impossible, lots of back packers travel around Australia, as I said go to www.backpackers.com.tw look under Australia section. Lots of interesting story and tips about how to make the most of working holiday.

But one thing to remember you don't need to pay working agency to get you work. As they are paid by employees.....too many dodgy people out there. Specially Chinese ripping off Chinese.....makes me very angry

Thanks you I grew up in Sydney and I work in Sydney also, so I have to speak a few words. I don't believe you need to speak fluent English to travel Australia. However it does help if people understand you better.

You will learn heaps from people around you when you go backpacking as it is very unlikely that you will meet people from HK. Perhaps from TW, Europe and other places. So you will not be able to use your Cantonese and it will force you to speak English and that's when you will lean how to communicate. So of you want to come just decide when and go for it and good luck. The forum I sent you and this form are good to ask questions and most people will be more that happy to assist when they can.

Well, its my method,,different people use different method, i just normally use the saucepan to pan fried, just add a little bit of butter(Unsalt), then add some garlic and little bit of onion, then put the Kobe on the pan and panfried it, the cooking time is depend how thick the kobe beef is..then put some onion salt on the top, thats it.
