單車極速全靠踩單車人的體力和道路情形來定(如下大斜坡), 大部份踩長途車的人係唔會亂踩到極速的.

不過我個人試過在平路上踩到三十二里, 落斜路大約四十五里.

去到Shimano Durace 再加電子轉波和炭輪等, 你無八萬至十萬元都出唔到門口.

No, I did not do it myself because I have a riding buddy who happens to own a bike shop, I picked the parts and he put it together for me for free.

Although I am capable of doing it myself, my friend would love to get his hands dirty to examine different bike parts that I collect around the world.

No, I did not do it myself because I have a riding buddy who happens to own a bike shop, I picked  ...

我同 d 朋友都鍾意自己整車, 搞唔掂先拎去單車鋪
一來因為呢個係踩 mountain bike 的基本求生技能, 二來對架車多 d 了解先可以明白架車的長/短處
