For the new generation entering into the audit industry in Hong Kong, they have a great competition with the mainland students. Some of the mainland students will apply undergraduate or master accounting programme in Hong Kong. After the study they are employed by the Big 4 in Hong Kong. I have study a master accounting course in Hong Kong. 70% of my classmates are mainland undergraduates. In fact, I have attended the QP program on different modules for two years and there is a trend that more and more mainland candidates attend the QP examinations within two years. |
