this afternoon I tried " home burger", a new choice other than mcdonald! if there is no special offer, I prefer to eat "home burger" than big mac set meal.
what I ate was home burger set meal, $28 per set, cook by order, no complaint! beef is frozen stuff but out of your expection that there was lot of juicy came out when I swallowed it, fries were good and strong, drink was pesil coke,

a good piece of steak, does not need to add anything, as the marbles give out a very strong flavor already that nothing can compare it!
still have a few frozen pieces of steak in the fridge, defrost and put on a pan to fry both sides for a minute of so, then put on the toaster oven for another 2 minutes, both sides!
your steaks had grill marks, did you use cast iron pan to grill them?

using too hot cast iron grill pan will be too smoky for the whole place, but the best thing is it seals in the juices of the steak inside!
Used to like charcoal in outdoor bbq, but once felt too strong the charcoal flavor on the meat, overtaking the original meat flavor, so no more! besides, your photos showed too strong a wire, burning the steak a bit too much! just personal preference!
