Actually you can do it yourself.  All you need is a small working area, a wrench, maybe 2 screwdrivers, a nylon brush (or even a used toothbrush), a can of brake cleaner, grease, and oil (for the chain).

如果真係要清潔個BB，你可以先拆對脾出來，但有DBB係壓入式就拆唔到，所以試咗先，如果拆唔到就俾單車鋪整，就算幾靚嘅陶瓷BB都一樣

i believe mtb should use steel bearing for durability, just my guess becos my ceramic cracked too

豬頭毒成年幾宅窩，我屎忽痕，將架MTB 單車所有 bearing 換晒 full ceramic,  頭叉，handle bar, seat post,  seat saddle  換晒 carbon fiber,  螺絲, shaft 改用 鈦金屬。 由 3 x 11 speed 改為 1 x 8 車軑亦換了輕磅的 ..... 最貴係 full ceramic bearing 但唔覺有乜變化。 其他主要是減輕了車重, 輕鬆左好多。 而家架車只重 16.2 磅。

改左 cermic bearing 都踏左快三年，行左都有三千公里，bearing 無碎過無壞過喎。不過 cermic bearing 除左貴我感覺唔到有乜分別，單 bearing 計輕唔到幾多。
