I hate to see people drink it and just saying I don't like it, I like French ......every wine industries partitioner is putting their huge hard efforts to make a bottle of  wine, no matter it is good or bad, from the wine grape farmer is frighting with mother-nature the weather each day. and this is hard jobs, until it goes on the customer user.,

Gewurztraminer is not my favourite varietal either, but it is quite good when it is accompanying Thai, Vietnamese type of Southeast Asian herby, chilly, spicy type of cuisine with lots of lime juice, coriander, red hot chilly pepper, basil and fish sauce. Not for delicate taste like Cantonese and Japanese dishes.
