Chablis 會係乾口,高酸度,出橘子果實,火石以至不銹鋼味道

As the matter of facts, I like wine, I like to drink wine to match with food. Some C-hing only take one sort of wine i.e. red wine only. Wrong, to understand and appreciate wine is to know its history, tastes, grapes, their difficulties and matching with food. then graduate to enjoy the life.
Gewurztraminer is the one  l like recently, particularly from New Zealand. drinker has to open their mind and view the difference worlds ., like south American wine...

dry... in my experience, dry wines go very well with pomodoro based pastas, they complement each other and becomes not so dry

but I just don't like dry wines

it was Protugese, Carbinet... so, we all thought it should be okay, you know

but...even with the help of Sprite we still can't get to half...
after that, we all steer clear off any wine until we got back to Maputo...

thankfully it was a sponsored trip...

Chablis is good, but not value for price IMO.

Not really a fair comparison. Chablis is made from chardonnay. + French Chablis tastes quite different form New World chardonnay.

BTW, those NZ sauv like Cloudy Bay are overpriced (especially in HK).
