香港食品嚮香港有品質可言,但去到內地,就會入鄉隨俗啦

nowadays a lot of china Chinese don't mind paying more as long as it is not make in china. However I believe it will just take a short time will them to fake the overseas brand product.

問題是在中國大陸的食品公司, 加工企業公司和他們食品服務員工知道對以下項目的重要性 :

1) 食品供應商和服務員工要求推行 HACCP、ISO 9001 甚至 ISO 22000等食品安全管理體系 ?

2) 是否食品供應商和服務員工, 知道什麼是食品安全、食品及營養科學、營養及食品市場管理學、公共衛生、環境安全 / 管理等相關課程 ?

Most of them don't bother as long as they can make money. When I mean fake, I mean they will just fake the packet of the product.

I think you misunderstood me, it had nothing to do with the way that you handle the customer. Anyone can fake your products and it become nearly impossible to track in China.
