1. Treadmill - Use it to run make the exercises of running and walking more convenient and accessible so you won't have to run under the sun/in the rain, it improves majority of your leg muscles, such as quadriceps and hamstrings.
2. Elliptical - kind of like the standing version of stationary bike, if your elliptical comes with arm support, that you can work on all part of your body.
3. Stationary Bike: Use it to ride bike in door! Again majority of the workout comes from your legs! |
