I am a crab eating lover. Although, it is hard work to get to the meat, you have to break the shells to get to eat. But, that is OK. hard work always payoff. 拆蟹粉 looks really good. 蟹肉糯米煲仔飯 is my favorite. another dish is the 蟹肉蛋花羹

And the best crab I have ever eaten is the Dungeness Crab in Seattle. This crab is meaty.

香港嘅“藍花蟹”蟹肉味道最鮮，可惜2樓嘅介紹圖裡面，變成 “兰花蟹”。
不過，呢張圖大家可以睇到兩種唔同嘅蟹，一種最後一對腳係“尖”嘅，一種係“扁”嘅。
大家平時可能冇留意，其實扁腳好食好多，因為扁腳蟹識游水，尖腳蟹淨系識扒。
尖腳蟹D肉滑好多，而且多數係野生，比較難養殖，大家下次不妨留意。
"兰花蟹“ 就系属于游水蟹啦。
