Chhoalex, Did you get a chance trying all these different year of Chateau Palmer? That '05 Chateau Altar Ego got to be the best among the others. Man, with that high tag billing, this dinner is well worth of every cent. Thanks!
I wasn't there, so I don't really know how the food and the wine compliment each other. Sauce for Peking Duck usually on the sweet side, that pair with a Margaux, and the next course, another strong "black bean garlic " sauce, wonder who put such a menu together ?
