Thanks for all rules and regulations.  Hk cycling path is never meant to be easy for new cyclist.  I cycle once before and people love to park their bikes in the mid of road.

C-Hing, thanks for the useful info but really can't tolerate those new rider like to stop the bike in the middle of bicycle track.
