C-hing, yes, I am not complaining about it, what I am saying is quality of life (in related to the the affordability of housing is much lower in 2012 than 10-20 years ago).

I am sure C-hing is also very experienced in the housing market, and probbaly you would understand a 1000SQ Tai-Ko shing is = 1300SQ new development, as bay windows, club house, car parks etc...so if we buy a new build of a 1000SQ, you only get about 750SQ max...that's include bay windows...

Since I am 活在當下, hence I have already planned to buy a property 4/5 years ago and been saving for nearly 10 years and now already got into my first property. But what I am saying is it is more difficult than before to get into property in HK.

的確 ... 現時同 2-30 年前比 ... 上車的確比較難 ... 人工係其一主要因素 ... 其次係就業機會問題 ... 2 ...

That's exactly what I wanted to say Ching, it is hard to compare the life back in 20 years ago and now, all we can compare is the affordability of housing and the salary ( esp with the post 80s).
