查實我買樓係用來結婚，咁我如果計埋未來老婆大人都ok供得起，佢同我係同事，人工都係咁上下，不過無乜積蓄，無得幫首期，我會好好計劃下，再次多謝咁多位師兄

高收入 but cant save a lumpsum to be 首期...........hard to believe

why hard to believe?  Do u know how much i need to spend a mth?
In : 40K+
rent a flat in shatin : 9K
water / electronic / gas / boardband / mobile : 2K
travel to Central for work : 1K
household usage to parent : 8K
daily usage (food / movie...etc) : 8K
insurance : 2K

I only got 10K per month for saving, 120K per year....I need 10 years up for the first installment....
and not yet calculate the tax payment to 正苦...

C兄月租9K, 我諗你係搬出黎自住?

如果打算買樓, 其實應考慮返去同父母住,

另生活費8K絕對有下調空間, 控制在5K左右

咁後生, 唔駛個個月買2K保險吧,

做得到上面既野, 每個月多慳約12K,

比你而家每月儲既仲多,

要買樓就要有所羲牲架啦
