Exactly ar c-hing, It is OK to sell it as expensive as he wants BUT....Please don't 'lie' to us....ie) Car gargage as a living room when clearly you can't do that....( by the way, that is from 四季豪園)

坊間個個都借有人開左個話題, 就有位攝, 有目標俾佢鬧, 有得發洩
我覺得呢D人變態

早幾日有個阿嬸客, 入黎講佢97時點點點, 之後不停鬧CY衰, 又鬧權權賤.... 攪到樓價貴云云....
我問佢 :
1) 咁個個都衰, 邊個做至好 ?  
2) 97年, 12厘息妳都衝入去買, 妳都係唸住炒樓賺錢姐,
而家想樓價跌, 無得炒就佢地衰 ?

咁佢就轉左話題..... 跟住我又一腳申走左佢, 嘥我時間
