看來C單位景觀和實用率最佳，應該是呎價最貴了

From the last time I read, I still remember they haven't sold that many. and 華懋 quality is not that good...Nina tower shopping centre has already show quite lot of sign of tear and wear...despite not that many people shops in there...

地界以上屬於政府既斜坡都要由業主負責維修.....有咁嘅錢禾唔會買d有嘢要跟手嘅樓

Although this is 30 yrs old and from Nam Fung but is really sad that it still cost over 4m!
