80M is not expensive.. 1bn and 40 was also sold...it means rich ppl ca ...

C-hing, how about put it that way, for MAJORITY of people in HK & to compare with the average price per square of 6500HKD ( according to Midland property last week).,

It would be classify as Expensive.

Or may be off course, C-hing can afford it?

I doubt even the LOW E glass can filter the UV light and deflect the heat out of the house??

And c-hing making the house more light doesn't mean the house will feel cooler ga wor? I think if u don't open any windows at your home EVEN during night time, u will still feel quite hot right??

So the low E glass you mentioned can only deflect the heat wave but u will still feel very humid inside the house.

讓我告訴你，若果與一般非玻璃幕牆的樓宇比較，這類使用low-e玻璃幕牆的樓宇係會比較消耗冷氣的。

另外請你檢討一下你的態度，這裡是討論區，是供大家理性討論用的，若果閣下是只想挑釁起事端的話請離開，沒有人會歡迎你；若果閣下只是想炫耀自己對玻璃的學識比別人多的話也不必了，因為明顯不是這回事。
