C-hing, I think it would be impossible to put a TV la...i think the occuiper would need to carry a laptop..
and SINO should have think more, and make this so call less than 150SQ as ALL 開放式廳/房 and toilet!!! as I don't think you will ask your friend to come to this room..( well is a room really..?)

And..really...$2m to buy a 60 SQ room haha...(actually this is a bedroom size..)
Actually even some of the 141 rooms are bigger than this...
If is REALLY 272 SQ, then at least it would be like a single hotel room ( and it would be OK!), but even counted with the kitchen/toilet/corridor, it would still be less than 180SQ...
And yes ar c-hing, but HAHA shouldn't a 'home' should consist AT LEAST--each counted around 15 SQ:
Bed, table, wardrobe (15x3=45SQ) so you have around 15SQ to walk haha....
Hello 肥叔叔 , I did once think of buying one (I only have around this budget and I like it new so I don't have to spend money to decoration..)...but I think they didn't have this size as a showroom? IF is like a single bed hotel room, then is ok but in reality this is MUCH MUCH less than this...

I think this is just around $1.9-2.2M if is 3M then it would not be worth it at all....actually now looking at the plan, even 2M is not worth at all =-=
