只有salesman，多勞多得，才可以有5萬以上。如果係back office，要去到mid-top management才有，但三十歲前比較難。

It is just my own opinion. From my knowledge, a Future Trader works under very high pressure, for sure you are not kind of the back-office staff, do you have any target to achieve on your duty, if so, it sound to me like a salesman. Cause I do have friend working as a forex dealer in a bank, he do have target to achieve, that is what he told me.
By the way, without sounding rude, I don't think furture trader is professional, well do you haver CFA, well let me tell you. I do have!!! and you?

i trade with my own money! no sales. lose or win it;s my money.
i have my own target, not a target set by an employer.
i do not have any anything like CFA as i don;t manage any outside money.
By professional it does not only mean having titles to your name,
a persons attitude, discipline, skill and knowledge just as important.
I do not think your are rude at all, it;s just a typical view of a non pro-trader.
seeing us more like gamblers.
