Brother,

I ate a lunch with my mother, at the above restaurant.

We order two dishes of Chickens with soup.

The chicken is excellent.

The taste is special, it is different from ordinary chicken.

I can't tell you exactly what is the taste, you have to try it by yourself.



After I ordered two dishes of Chickens, the waitress told me that the set lunch is better, it costs HK$ 112 including 10% charge, tea.

But no rice is included.
You can select two dishes from more than 40 dishes and the most important dish is you can HK$ 98 for (宮庭佛跳牆).  

我媽媽吃的午餐，在上述餐館。

我們兩個雞的菜餚與湯訂購。

雞是優良的。

後我訂了兩個菜雞，服務員告訴我，設置的午餐是更好，費用為HK $112，包括10％的電量，茶。

但無米之炊。
來自40多個菜可以選擇兩個菜，你可以港幣$98（最重要的一道菜是宮庭佛跳牆）。


味道很特別，它是由普通雞不同。

我不能告訴你到底是什麼味道，你一定要試試自己。

泉章居係老牌客家菜館, 走大眾化路線
菜色雖然比唔上其他高級菜館精緻, 但食味一點也不差
東江鹽焗雞同梅菜扣肉絕對可以一試

She dye her hair.

You try to see her as you come.

果Ｄ吾係鹽焗雞,係鹽水浸雞,鹽焗雞係用鹽焗出泥既,而家已經冇人咁做

以前經常幫襯兩間泉章居老舖, 香港果間以前係波斯富街利舞台對面, 而家變左商場, 九龍果間係花園街即係而家既萬成, 我覺得旺角果間自從搬左去奶路臣街之後冇以前咁好食, 雖然大間左好多, 不過我已經唔係常客嚕~

醉瓊樓,日章居同泉章居呢類老牌東江客家菜館已日漸沒落,無連鎖效應,生存空間有限,執一間少一間.出品大致保持水準.仍可捧場.

我自己就中意去太子道口個間,唔記得叫做乜野名.不過已經執左粒重好掛住d豬肚湯同炸大腸.

旺角果間新舖喲環境企理過舊舖好多, 感覺上菜色選擇亦多左

looks good, but surely there are many restaurants offering similar set lunch? few years back, went to a restaurant in Hung Hum for lunch, only when paying the bill, then found out a set lunch was more economical!
