Sound 重要D
If sound is what more important to you then what you should look for is a match system as most good audio system are. (sound studio always have a mix bags of brands for that reason) So when choosing equipments, goes with what sounds good to you rather then brand and model #s.
1) Your room will more or less limited the equipments you'll get. Usually the size and or power.
2) Choose your most common source used, LP, CD, or CAS as each source require different players.
3) Choose your speaker size and type as well as the sound. Bigger do not necessary mean better! Small speaker do not necessary mean poor performances. Fist pick the size, then pick the sound you like, then the look and am sure you will choose the one with your price range.
4) Once you have all that decided, now choose the AMP. If most music you listen to is vocals, then I recommend tube amps or at least a tube front end. Mind you that a lot of high end DAC do not use tube but sounds just as nice.
5) Now to put them all together, use some reasonable wires. Should budget about 15-25% of your system cost. For the interconnects, I recommend using good mono crystal copper wires over silver in this case as silver will be a bit sharp for vocals and can also be easily mismatched pending on the equipment of course.
Using the above as guild lines, I am sure you can find a suitable system you like. Remember to bring your own material when doing listening test as that way you will have some kind of a base line. Finally, wish you have fun searching and remember to post and share once you buy them. |
