Mr. John Tsang, The Financial Secretary, gave us 80 billion to the people.

It included reduced tax, increase tax allowance, children allowance, parents allowance, bothers allowance, house mortgage allowance, rate allowance, etc.


It include variety of allowance to the different classes of people.

It is point the middle-class (中產人士).

It is his last Budget Proposal.

People think that he will not engage in the Financial Secretary any more, as he don't like.

He like to teach student to 打西洋劍, 喇沙.

He is not suitable for this post - Financial Secretary.

Many people said he work this post because Mr. Donald Tsang - his dear Brother.

Otherwise, he won't work this, he will retire before.

Donald Tsang is his brother, once, Donald want to give hios post- CE to him.

John don't like this post, it need to fight with many people.

Donald Tsang never had and never will have the power to name his successor.

John don't like this post, it need to fight with many people.

Well it certainly shows in his performance!

Can't agree more.  Like many in the SAR gov't, he should have stepped down long ago.
