There are people said you don't need to eat any thing special to get rid of toxins in your body.
There are 3 ways toxins can be expelled from our body are:
1. Defecation,
2. Peeing,
3. Sweating through exercise.
Especially after exercise you will drink a lot of fluid to quench your thirst and also serve the purpose of cleansing your body.
