昨日早上,出咗個投訴email去銀行 及金管局。

I am not sure the problem caused by your individual staff, or your Branch , or your whole Bank. But it is a very very bad experience . It absolutely damage your bank reputation and making us loss our confidence with your bank.
We are looking for a bank with highest degree of credibility. I eagerly hope you could do some actual and immediate corrective actions, so that no customer (esp. the Senior and people from mainland China ) will suffer the same bad experience again.
This unhappy incident show your bank inherited Management and Operation problem. So, Is it Safe to put our money in Standard xxxxxxxx Bank (Hong Kong) ?
