I meet many young people in Mainland China, they set their goal to be a CEO or top managment in Top 100 Corporations in China. And it is possible for them. Many middle management of China Corp are very young guys, less than 40.
In fact, it is also possible for HK young people if they work hard and have a clear vision of their futue.
We still have some advantages compared with young people in China such as language, education system, worldwide information and solid financial system. I think it can still last for 10 or 20 years. But as the growth of Mainland China, HK will be only just a small city in China. HK people will be only an art.

大家真係要引以為鑑啦 ! 神州大地而家真係好多年青材俊架~ 香港人唔好過份自負以至被祖國淘汰呀~
其實某程度上, 香港已經一早被上海比下去了~
都係話果D壓力大呀~ 長期唔夠休息果D啦~
呢個當然啦~ 實在都係錢作怪~ 最怕就係連OT都要預先申請~
