Yes, that seems real, the actual scene might be disturbing, but it does happen, and someone might be risking this over and over again somewhere and somehow. Thanks for presenting this to readers, otherwise would never know how this could take place, and now know what abortion is really like.  Life is ever so fragile, in creating it or killing it, and the aftermath is who cares.
