Apple will never release a new model in less then a year, iPhone 5 will be a year from now and as always better. iPhone 5 will have a new design but I am sure it will keep the 3.5" screen and will not be getting bigger like other phones. I think (and Apple) this is the right size screen then can use one hand to do most of the thing.
