Yeah, maybe. Many Chinese cooks don't want to teach their "secrets" to the new guys and that is why a lot of food nowadays are not as good as they used to be.

yeah yeah, cant agree with you more, and sometimes the attitude plays an important part, whether they learn by heart ?

been to "po doi o" for a few times, but recently seldom went there, may go there again in the coming weeks with fds, food is good and price reasonable, at least make the money worth
