Yes, luxembourg 兄, you are right!  I registered the account years ago, but most of the time are inactive, READ ONLY and seldom write report.  So, I haven't got much 魅力 although with 3/4-years membership.  And I recently would like to participate more in the discussion forum.  CHing 多多指教!

This whole charisma point awarding system is more crooked than a bloody Irish corkscrew! Unless you know a bunch of members, with statuses within this forum higher than a certain rank, that can award you those points, you are basically fucked! They claimed it’s a way to maintain and improve the standard of the posts, but I say it’s favouritism and cronyism in full swing. It is just a way to control who is allowed to have a say. Freedom of expression means fuck all here. Well, as you can imagine, I am not in a position to award you with any points, sorry. Hard luck mate.
