When will the Galaxy Tab 7.7 or 8.9 out in the market

I think the 10.1 pads are too big to carry around.  Have been waiting for the 7.7 or 8.9, but no one can tell me when they will be released, really want to buy an Android pad soon.

My feeling is that the 7" is too small and the 10" is too big, my preference is 8.5"..
But, it seems that there is no such design yet...
