唔清楚呀 , 不過個皮就好硬下 , 味道就香過普通bread 少少咁 , 幾飽肚咁囉

Thanks ching for sharing! I agree, it's hard to determine whether it's 正宗 or not, unless we've been to Germany, but a lot of the times, food in Hong Kong is cooked and served specifically to cater Asian taste buds, in other words, we might not like the food as much if it's too 正宗
