Yep.  This is because we have activated an action plan to ensure it does.  Our first action is to post this message to the various discussion forums here in Hong Kong.  If property price does not fall significantly within a short period of time, our action number two is to post a Chinese version of this message to all popular forums in the Mainland.  Additionally, we shall provide information on how to trace the routes through which dirty money in the Mainland finally ends up as real properties in Hong Kong.  As an appetiser, the simple way to start is to search for overpriced properties that did not have an associated bank mortgage and/or being purchased by a company (ie, exactly those said to be unaffected by increasing mortgage lending rate and punitive stamp duty).  We are sure our red hacker brothers across the border will be eager to lend a helping hand, and post the result of their investigation all over the Mainland and to the Joint Financial Intelligence Unit.  If you think this only affects the high end of the property market, we have news for you, our action number three aims squarely at the middle to lower end of the market.

We have also got a message for the lawyers that perform the property conveyance.  With the  pervasiveness of illegal structures in and around private real properties, looking through property documents simply would not reveal all legal problems.  You should have hired Authorised Persons (Buildings Ordinance) to check out existing condition of the premise before executing the conveyance on behalf of the buyer.  Failure to do so amounts to professional negligence.  If you are a lawyer representing a suffering property buyer, your most important weapon is to sue the conveyance lawyer for professional negligence.  If you do not sue the conveyance lawyer, you, yourself, is committing professional negligence, because this line of action is now public domain knowledge.  If you are an insurance company offering professional negligence insurance to lawyers and/or legal practices, you should now increase substantially the premium on such insurance, because the chance of a payout has grown exponentially.  If you are a property buyer, never sign any piece of paper that allow the conveyance lawyer to lessen his responsibility in this regard.

If you are an estate agent, time to update your resume, because transaction volume is going way down and you are about to be out of a job.

We are posting this message in English to allow you (and  your family and friends), the VERY LAST CHANCE to dump your property holdings.  If you don't, you will end up being the collateral damage in this war against property speculation.  By the way, we have timed our action to coincide with the very possible downgrade of US government debts, which is going to send interest rate sky-high.

We do not have time for idiotic discussion on how effective our actions are and we shall not respond to any followup on our messages.  We shall also not be creating any Facebook group or Google+ circles nor engaging in street demonstration to champion our cause.  Hence, don't be fooled by anyone proclaiming to be one of us.

The Property Market is going to crash
On Friday the Government published the latest "supply of private housing primary market statistics" data, increasing volume of private housing construction since 09 3,200 households to gradually rise in the first half, to 7,500 households in the first half of this year, after the second half of 07 years highs.   As the Government will actively launch land supply in recent years, developers are also accelerating the pace of housing, expected continued in the second half, and started this year is expected to reach 17,000 households expected property market stable development in the second half.
