I have been waiting for a long time for a significant fall and now it seems that chance is coming, however I cannot persuade myself that the market is cheap at present level. Is there any people who can share their views on Macro market situation ??  and what stock position they are in ??

I am tire of interest rate at 1% and really look forward to 10% return at least....

10% per year return is quite difficult.  But it may still be obtained by using Short Call / Short Put stock option.  For more safety or if only consider to buy stock, consider to buy some stock with high interest, for example, 1200, 2778 etc. which may offer you more than 8% interest rate per year.  In addition, the price of 3988 is quite low recently (today about $3.64), this stock may also give you about 5% per year interest together with the increasing of stock price.  Hope C-Hing will like my suggestion and please give me correction or advice if my point is incorrect.

Presently, nearly all the bad news are out, the market is expected to fluctuate between 20000 and 28000 (HSI).
Taking HSI 22400 as entry point, 25% up is 28000, while 10% down is 20160.  Therefore worth betting!

i think choosing a right stock can give u a nice 10% return per year!
e.g 1299 AIA, last year it is only below $25 for most of the time, this year it is included in the HSI, also, going to give dividend. today this stock closed at $27.75, more than 10% u expect.

what i want to say is you choose a good stock, buy it low and wait for it to raise. sometimes, u also get dividend from it, 財息兼收!
The skill i think you have to look at the stock industry, prospect and financial status. if it is connected to China, with some special policy helping, it may get a big boost !! e.g 中國水泥股
