I believe i got this one well over 6 years ago.  It is chamber for the .45 which is pretty powerful for a handgun round.

I had a Springfield 1911 before, later on replaced with a Wilson Combat custom gun.

Colt has long established history in making handguns.  The Royal HK Police used to use the second hand Colt Revolvers from the US Navy in the 60s.

In H.K. even you have the .45. We can't buy the hollow point.

I started shooting since early 90s, bought different types of hollow point ammo from local arms dealers without any difficulty.

That including Winchester Silver Tip, Black Talon, Speer Gold Dot, Remington, CCI, Federal etc., all without any problem.

North America gun laws are different then those else where. Even Canada have different one then the US even in IPSC. In Canada, there is a max cap law for guns and max of 10 round is allowed. Hence the US shooter do not go to Canada to compete anymore.

In place like HK, there are air IPSC ranges you can search. However, not the same with IPSC black badge!
