For me, since I am not a BJ lover so I usually tell the girl no need to do BJ for me. 90% of them would express lovely that I and so nice and so much care about their feeling.....A good relationship would then be established. (Ofcourse that's me. maybe you like BJ a lot, then you have to think another way).
I then will ask her to do mouth wash with Lee C Duck Lam together with me.(I brought along the Lee C Duck Lam with me).The girl usually willing to do it also as per you request. Then at least it will be relatively cleaner for both of us. At that time, usually she foresee that I will kiss her, some of them will say directly no kiss and some say nothing. That really doesn't matter, really doesn't matter.
Then come the bath (together or not), go to bed, do foreplay. This is the critical moment, if you tell her that she is so pretty,etc, and want to minor touch kiss, 99% of them will not reject at that moment....then do some more foreplay.
When you penetrate her with the male on top position, she have to breath, right? that's the moment you can try to kiss her again, most of the case you can get a deep kiss. If no, keep making love gently (yes, very gently), bite her ears gently and try again, it is likely that you can get a nice kiss at the end.
Believe me, deep kiss while doing the in-and-out work is one of the best feeling acts in ML with girl.
Furthermore, if you still want to have even "cleaner" kiss. Try to go there even before she start to work (usually at about 12:00 noon)(Early Birds Get Better Foods).
