Why?
They limit the mortgage for properties with value higher than 6million from 70% to 60%, properties with value higher than 10mil from 70% to 50%
Honestly, are these apartment the target of the general public who keep complaining and shouting on the street that they cannot afford buying their own home?
NO!
Most people who complained they can't afford home are targetting properties with value lower than 5mil, or even lower than 3mil!
But what did the government do for those markets? Nothing!
If they really want to help those people to afford their own home, they should provide extra loans and mortgage flexiblity for them, just like one Ching mentioned about the policy in Singapore
Now, they want to suppress the higher value market, which is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT to the general public
The people who suffer the most are the Middle-Class....which have been suffered from many years and many stupid policies from the government
Honestly, some rich Chinese/local buyers won't even apply for mortgages. But many middle-class who want to improve their quality of life from 7-8mil apartment to 10mil+ apartment will face difficulty due to this new policy
This government is really retarded. People working there are always lack of long-term vision
So now, people who couldnt' afford small apartment will KEEP ON COMPLAINING
while, the Middle-class will start to complain as well |
