good point but the problem was the place was not crowded... , and there were no nice chicks around either...

Maybe Japanese restaurants are not doing well in HK due to the radiation scare ??  Some predicted some high end Japanese restaurants would go out of business because of high rent and few customers.

nah, it was Pepperlunch, the Jap fast food chain, I don't think they use any Jap ingredients there...

not sure if it is owned by HK company, could be franchised, but it is originally from Japan because I had the same steak in Toyko once at the same chain.
