please do and report, I've been near that hotel but I don't like the neighborhood so I didn't go in.

Just came back from Cititel. Not as clean as I would like it to be, but had a very skillful lady who actually knows how to do massage. Local middle aged Chinese woman, but I didn't reject because her skin was like porcelain. For those who are staying a Cititel, you can go down to 3/F to check out the ladies first and send her to your room upstairs for no extra charge. Very convenient.

I just submitted a report, please take a look here.

The hotel is definitely not a JW Marriott, but it is relatively more convenient for me than going all the way to Bukit Bintang. I might drop by on a weeknight to see if the girls get any better. But I will have to get over their hygiene issue.
