the curry sauce, what kind do you use? I use the one from Japan, with different level of "hotness"! I once bought one at Wing On department store, the basement level on Nathan Road, about HK$25, a year ago!

yeh i lik deep fry pork chop as well!
Its instant curry pack frm japan. Mine is "咖喱屋" n i choose the hottest one. coz i eat them with sweet yoghurt .
I get them in Sogo basement at similar price
the one I am using now is Glico Curry, from Japan as well. There is another brand I used before, and it has yoghurt in it already, but I cannot remember the brand!
