I get to see Melody at Becky's (first time since her return from vacationing and working in Vancouver). She was on vacation last week for Chinese New Year.

Around 3:30 - Set up appointment time for 5:30pm.  
4:00pm - Jxe MSN me back and change the appointment time to 6pm.
5:50pm - I call Jxe, he said the gal will be ready soon, give him 5 mins.
6:00pm - Suddenly received an SMS from Jxe... "Cancelled"
6:01pm - Called Jxe, and his phone is off...
6:05pm - Call Jxe again to find out what happen and to see if there is another choices.  No one pick up the phone and it reached to Fido voice mail.
6:10pm - Received an SMS from Jxe...  "Cancelled XXXXXXX period."

What kind of customer service is that?  I mean, his place is not cheap! Economy is not like b4, how can this kind of service still exist???
