The hotel is 2 minutes walk to Annie Massage. It was not full when I were there in Sep. but I suggest you book in advance plus walk in rate is higher.

Sorry, I don't but  I think 10 to 20% more. The think the real issue is Aspen has many room types. If you book a Superior room (the cheapest) online, when you check in if Superior room is not available,  Aspen will upgrade you to the next available room type without extra charge. If you walk in you will ask to pay for whatever room type that available at the day.

All hotel require credit card deposit.  Hotel won't charge you unless you messup something.
