always feel that, once the food are 麻 and 辣, can you still taste the ingredient? every bit of ingredient has its own individual taste, fish, beef, chicken, port, mushroom, and vegetables, and 麻 and 辣 sort of overwhelm everything else! perhaps I am too ignorant in this, as I seldom eat 麻 and 辣 food!
