went to Shunde last year with a HK tour group(emphasis on food, R & R), and did go to a restaurant that was famous for 蒸豬, but felt too greasy as well! not too many people enjoyed it, as there was a lot of leftovers; for a restaurant in a hotel, the food look not too bad, especially if you felt no MSG was added, that is an extra!
