I agree that your mongering affair will have to end one day. Who can tell if she is the right one for you? Even if you feel that she is, now, soon, you may find something not to your wish, and eventually you part your ways. She is not a WG in the industry, and you feel she is a decent woman, and she has feelings for you, then you should try. I feel that there are many girls/women in China who are very good and nice, worth being a good wife.
My impression is you are not sure if you want to settle down for her yet!
Is she someone you are willing to sacrifice by stop mongering that you have enjoyed so much? If she is, then do not let her go! Are you willing to travel all the time to be with her, and is she willing to let go of her man to be with you. Talk to her, tell her how you feel about her, and ask her how she feels about you. Communication is important is a relationship.
At least, this is my 6 cents worth of observation. All the best for you, and her!
