The answer is: going to MC. In a short period of three months, my waist has dropped from 32 to 29 inches. Firstly, more ML and more Q burn energy. Then when you want to get stronger for more Q, you have to do more aerobic exercises. I re-started jogging. After that, you spent more time every Q which implies that you burn even more exercise. So the fat around the waist is burnt very fast. Worth to try...
